Integrated headsets with shielded support bearings with sliding sleeves separate from frame
The upper section uses tapered roller bearings for enhanced stability While the lower section uses cage ball bearings sliding on 100CR-6 steel raceways.

The advantage of this headset is the fact that the bearings are not directly applied onto the frame. For assembly of the headset only the first cylindrical part of the frame is used, thereby avoiding the problems due to welding deformation.
